Herron Outdoors, a division of Herron, Inc., was established in 2010 and is dedicated to delivering innovative products to improve your outdoor life. With over 40 years of manufacturing experience in small, medium and very large production operations, of which, 15 of those were spent owning and growing a CNC production machine shop in rural Kansas. All of this experience goes into every Herron Outdoors product before the Herron name goes on it. Products are rigorously tested and revised until they are the best solution for the task at hand. Close attention is paid to safety, quality and value. We are driven to offer products that are easy to use and make your outdoor experience more pleasurable. We thank you for the opportunity.

“Meet our President and Founder”

Terry grew up on concrete Air Force bases, but loved the outdoors. His Dad took him fishing coast to coast and in both oceans. As his love of the outdoors grew, He and his wife Amy moved to a farm in rural Kansas. That’s where he does most of his hunting and fishing now days.

At a very young age, Terry was building models, cars, airplanes, and inventing things. This helped him develop a keen since of mechanical aptitude and was educated in Mechanical Engineering. Before he could vote he was working in a foundry, pouring magnesium aircraft castings. He continued his career for very large manufacturing corporations as well as smaller ones. Working side by side with his wife of 32 years, they have built several successful businesses. Most recently a precision, high production machine shop that they grew for 15 years. It is there that many of “Herron Outdoors” products are developed, tested and manufactured.
